Con esta medida, el Cabildo ofrecer\u00e1 un <a href=\"https:\/\/acl.com.ec\/en\/ley-de-alivio-financiero-y-fortalecimiento-economico\/\">alivio financiero directo<\/a> a m\u00e1s de medio mill\u00f3n de quite\u00f1os, especialmente a quienes enfrentan deudas peque\u00f1as o acumuladas.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Dos mecanismos de alivio para los contribuyentes<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ordenanza incluye extinci\u00f3n de deudas vencidas y condonaci\u00f3n de intereses, siempre que el capital pendiente se pague antes del plazo establecido. El tr\u00e1mite ser\u00e1 autom\u00e1tico en algunos casos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los contribuyentes con deudas de al menos un a\u00f1o, que no superen los 460 d\u00f3lares, recibir\u00e1n extinci\u00f3n total sin necesidad de gestionar nada ante el Municipio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ese monto corresponde al salario b\u00e1sico unificado de 2024. Seg\u00fan el Cabildo, la medida corrige barreras que impiden a ciertos ciudadanos ponerse al d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Hasta junio para acceder a la remisi\u00f3n completa<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, quienes paguen el capital antes del 30 de junio de 2025, podr\u00e1n eliminar todos los intereses, multas y recargos acumulados en sus obligaciones tributarias.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El alcalde Pabel Mu\u00f1oz asegur\u00f3 que esta pol\u00edtica de remisi\u00f3n tributaria en Quito refleja un municipio solidario, que act\u00faa con \u201cdecisiones inteligentes\u201d para responder a la realidad econ\u00f3mica de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cApoyamos al ciudadano que m\u00e1s lo necesita. Y sobre eso, tambi\u00e9n recaudamos algo de plata para el Municipio\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el Burgomaestre durante su intervenci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Ser\u00e1 la \u00faltima remisi\u00f3n tributaria de esta administraci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque el beneficio es amplio, Mu\u00f1oz advirti\u00f3 que no habr\u00e1 una pr\u00f3xima remisi\u00f3n tributaria en Quito durante su gesti\u00f3n. Asegur\u00f3 que esta es una medida excepcional, no recurrente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEsto es para apoyar al que tuvo dificultades reales. No al que simplemente no quiso pagar\u201d, subray\u00f3 el alcalde en una declaraci\u00f3n firme y directa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan el Municipio, la medida busca equilibrar la justicia tributaria con la recuperaci\u00f3n de recursos para proyectos de la ciudad. La apuesta es que m\u00e1s personas se regularicen.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Fuente: <a
