Quienes deseen acceder a este beneficio deben cancelar la totalidad del capital adeudado.<\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><h5>\u00bfQu\u00e9 deudas aplican la remisi\u00f3n de multas?<\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este beneficio incluye:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deuda del impuesto predial<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/acl.com.ec\/en\/patente-y-luae-para-el-funcionamiento-de-un-negocio\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patente Municipal<\/span><\/a><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1,5 por mil.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contribuci\u00f3n Especial por Mejoras (CEM).\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impuesto a inmuebles no edificados.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impuesto a la plusval\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impuesto a las utilidades. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>Si no cancela las deudas pendientes hasta el 26 de julio, los intereses que debe se volver\u00e1n a activar.<\/p><p><strong>Fuente: <a
