La primera reducci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o fue en febrero, cuando la tarifa pas\u00f3 de 4% a 3,75%. Y la \u00faltima reducci\u00f3n de la tarifa del impuesto para este a\u00f1o est\u00e1 prevista el 31 de diciembre, cuando bajar\u00e1 a 2%. Sin embargo, el escenario podr\u00eda cambiar, ya que su mandato terminar\u00e1 antes de lo previsto, tras la muerte cruzada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tarifa del <a href=\"https:\/\/acl.com.ec\/en\/isd-ya-esta-en-350-con-cambio-de-gobierno-seguira-bajando-hasta-el-2-como-lo-decreto-guillermo-lasso\/\">Impuesto a la Salida de Divisas (ISD)<\/a> baj\u00f3 a 3,50% a partir del 1 de julio de 2023. Hasta el d\u00eda anterior, la tarifa del ISD fue de 3,75%. En el caso de las personas naturales, estas pagan el ISD cuando:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viajan al extranjero y llevan dinero en efectivo o usan sus tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito y d\u00e9bito para hacer compras en el exterior.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pese a estar en Ecuador, utilizan sus tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito y d\u00e9bito para pagar bienes y servicios de empresas extranjeras. Por ejemplo, para comprar en tiendas como Amazon.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Env\u00edan dinero a familiares o amigos al exterior, a trav\u00e9s de couriers de remesas o de transferencias bancarias.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Gobierno de Guillermo Lasso hab\u00eda prometido que, hasta el
