style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todo Trabajador\u00a0 que no haya realizado el Anexo de Gastos Personales y desee hacer luego de la declaraci\u00f3n de Renta, en dicha declaraci\u00f3n es posible que aparezca bloqueado el Anexo AGP\u00a0 con anterioridad.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si se va hacer uso de los Gastos personales es importante realizar dicho Anexo AGP\u00a0 en febrero, para que cuando se haga la declaraci\u00f3n de renta, pueda utilizar la rebaja y disminuir su impuesto a la Renta causado conforme la LORTI.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La rebaja de gastos personales es aplicable para personas naturales que est\u00e1n en el r\u00e9gimen general.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La devoluci\u00f3n de impuesto a la Renta contin\u00faa por pago indebido o en exceso de ser el caso.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el anexo de gastos personales no hay l\u00edmites, el l\u00edmite est\u00e1 en el c\u00e1lculo de dicha rebaja.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los empleadores que sean exclusivamente <a href=\"https:\/\/acl.com.ec\/en\/negocios-populares-no-facturacion-electronica\/\">negocios\u00a0 populares<\/a> no deben\u00a0 llenar el anexo de RDEP, as\u00ed tenga trabajadores.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El empleador tomara la canasta familiar b\u00e1sica de diciembre de 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El trabajador de ser el caso tomara la canasta familiar\u00a0 b\u00e1sica de diciembre de 2022.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Fuente:<\/b> <a
