julio, durante el II Gabinete Sectorial de Salud, Alfredo Ortega, presidente del Consejo Directivo del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social (IESS) anunci\u00f3 que el viernes 15 de julio se hizo una transferencia de 22 millones de d\u00f3lares a la Sociedad de Lucha contra el C\u00e1ncer, Solca, por deudas pendientes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Del monto cancelado por el IESS, 12 millones se destinaron a Solca Guayaquil y el restante (10 millones) a los dem\u00e1s n\u00facleos que esa instituci\u00f3n tiene en el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De igual forma, Ortega inform\u00f3 que hasta la pr\u00f3xima semana se espera poder hacer abonos a otras instituciones a las que el IESS les debe, como son la Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil y a otros prestadores externos de servicios de salud.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cifra que se espera transferir es de alrededor de 100 millones de d\u00f3lares que ya est\u00e1n en las cuentas del IESS. \u00abDebemos honrar nuestras deudas que son antiguas\u00bb, manifest\u00f3 el Presidente del Consejo Directivo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La actual administraci\u00f3n del IESS centra sus esfuerzos en garantizar <a href=\"https:\/\/acl.com.ec\/en\/politica-de-servicios-banco-central-ecuador\/\">servicios<\/a> y atenci\u00f3n de
