El SRI da el servicio gratuito, pero tambi\u00e9n hay empresas privadas que lo ofrecen. La Ley de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico dispuso que todos quienes tienen un Registro \u00danico de Contribuyentes (RUC) y emiten facturas, lo hagan a trav\u00e9s del sistema de facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica a partir del 29 de noviembre de 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan el Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI), la disposici\u00f3n es obligatoria para los negocios de todos los tama\u00f1os y para las <a href=\"https:\/\/acl.com.ec\/en\/ampliacion-plazo-presentacion-declaracion-patrimonial\/\">personas naturales<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solo los negocios populares del sistema R\u00e9gimen Simplificado para Emprendedores y Negocios Populares (RIMPE) podr\u00e1n emitir comprobantes como notas de venta de manera f\u00edsica. Pero, si hacen una transacci\u00f3n donde un cliente requiera una factura, tendr\u00e1n que hacerlo de manera electr\u00f3nica. Los negocios populares son aquellas personas naturales con negocios que tienen ingresos brutos anuales de hasta USD 20.000.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Fuente: <a
