7, establece lo siguiente:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los abonos tributarios se conceder\u00e1n a los exportadores cuyo nivel de acceso a un determinado mercado hayan sufrido una desmejora, ya sea por cambios en los niveles arancelarios o imposici\u00f3n de sanciones unilaterales.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos abonos tributarios se otorgar\u00e1n sobre el valor de cada exportaci\u00f3n de conformidad a lo que se norme en el Reglamento a la Ley.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los productos que se acojan a este beneficio ser\u00e1n determinados por el Comit\u00e9 Administrativo de la Ley de Abono <a href=\"https:\/\/acl.com.ec\/en\/sri-ejecuta-controles-tributarios-a-ventas-por-internet\/\">Tributario<\/a>, de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 6 de la Ley.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No tendr\u00e1n derecho o se suspender\u00e1 la concesi\u00f3n de Certificados de Abono Tributario, a los exportadores que incumplan con sus obligaciones laborales y patronales vigentes.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Fuente: <a
