De conformidad con las Normas de Prevenci\u00f3n de Lavado de Activos, Financiamiento del Terrorismo y otro Delitos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los Oficiales de Cumplimiento deber\u00e1n cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoja de vida profesional, estar en pleno goce de sus derechos pol\u00edticos, tener mayor\u00eda de edad.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprobar el curso de capacitaci\u00f3n, virtual o presencial, establecido por la UAFE<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poseer t\u00edtulo de tercer nivel como tecn\u00f3logo, economista, ingeniero comercial, gesti\u00f3n empresarial, auditor, contador u otras carreras afines, o tener experiencia comprobada de haber ejercido como oficial de cumplimiento, por el lapso m\u00ednimo de un a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copia certificada del acta de Junta General de Accionistas o <a href=\"https:\/\/acl.com.ec\/en\/separacion-voluntaria-de-socios-o-accionistas\/\">Socios<\/a>, que lo design\u00f3 como Oficial de Cumplimiento.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Fuente: <a
