posean un patrimonio individual igual o mayor a un mill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares o cuando exista sociedad conyugal igual o mayor a dos millones de d\u00f3lares pagar\u00e1n una contribuci\u00f3n sobre su patrimonio en el ejercicio fiscal 2O22, de acuerdo con la siguiente data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La declaraci\u00f3n y pago de esta contribuci\u00f3n temporal se deber\u00e1 realizar hasta el 15 de marzo del ejercicio fiscal de 2O22<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pago tard\u00edo de la contribuci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 sujeto al cobro de intereses y multas<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El pago de esta contribuci\u00f3n temporal no servir\u00e1 como cr\u00e9dito tributario ni ser\u00e1 deducible para el pago de otros impuestos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta contribuci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 estar sujeta a facilidades de pago por un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 6 meses sin que se exija el pago de la cuota inicial establecida en el art\u00edculo 152 del C\u00f3digo Tributario.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de residentes fiscales en Ecuador, la contribuci\u00f3n se calcular\u00e1 y pagar\u00e1 sobre el patrimonio ubicado dentro y fuera del pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los no residentes fiscales en Ecuador, calcular\u00e1n y pagar\u00e1n la contribuci\u00f3n sobre el patrimonio ubicado en el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c6a4ad2 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c6a4ad2\"
