Seg\u00fan la Ley de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Sostenibilidad Fiscal tras la pandemia de covid-19, aprobada el pasado noviembre, el Ejecutivo podr\u00e1 reducir dicho tributo del 12% al 8%, durante 12 d\u00edas al a\u00f1o, para actividades tur\u00edsticas. La modificaci\u00f3n se debe efectuar a trav\u00e9s de un decreto.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El documento del SRI establece que el <\/span><b>c\u00f3digo 8<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> deber\u00e1 utilizarse para registrar las tarifas de IVA iguales o mayores a 8% y menores a 12%, \u201cseg\u00fan se establezca en el respectivo decreto\u201d. Para el resto de los porcentajes y casos se deber\u00e1n utilizar los c\u00f3digos espec\u00edficos ya establecidos anteriormente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es por esa raz\u00f3n que las empresas dedicadas al alojamiento;
