documento habilitante y acto administrativo \u00fanico con el Distrito Metropolitano de Quito autoriza a su titular el ejercicio de actividades econ\u00f3micas en un establecimiento determinado ubicado dentro del distrito.<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00bfD\u00f3nde lo obtengo?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para la obtenci\u00f3n del permiso de funcionamiento a partir del 18 de noviembre de 2020, se realizar\u00e1 exclusivamente en l\u00ednea a trav\u00e9s del Portal de servicios municipales.<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo me entragan el LUAE?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las categor\u00edas I y II una vez aprobadas, la licencia de funcionamiento ser\u00e1 enviada directamente al correo electr\u00f3nico ingresado por este motivo, es importante que valide la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada mientras realiza su solicitud.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Categor\u00eda I \u2013 Son aquellas que est\u00e1n determinadas por el bajo riesgo para las personas, bienes y ambiente y est\u00e1n sometidas al procedimiento abreviado.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Categor\u00eda II \u2013 Son aquellas que est\u00e1n determinadas por el medio y alto riesgo para las personas, bienes y ambiente y est\u00e1n sometidas al procedimiento ordinario.<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre si son categor\u00eda III?<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de la licencia de categor\u00eda III se mantiene el proceso norma y la emisi\u00f3n de especies impresas, deber\u00e1 seguir las instrucciones que pide el formulario de LUAE y le son indicadas al momento de su registro y depender\u00e1 de los organismos competentes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Categor\u00eda III- Son aquellas industrias con ICUS restringido o que generen un impacto ambiental\u00a0 significativo y est\u00e1n sometidas a procedimiento especial<\/span><\/p><p><span
