Derechohabientes. En caso de fallecimiento del afiliado, tendr\u00e1n derecho a la devoluci\u00f3n del capital acumulado por el causante, en el siguiente orden excluyente:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los hijos menores de dieciocho a\u00f1os y los hijos de cualquier edad con discapacidad para el trabajo y el c\u00f3nyuge sobreviviente o el conviviente en uni\u00f3n de hecho legalmente reconocida;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De no existir derechohabientes en los casos previstos en el literal anterior, corresponder\u00e1 dicho derecho, en su orden, a sus hijos o hijas;
