deber\u00e1 presentar la siguiente informaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formulario RUC 01-A<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escritura p\u00fablica de constituci\u00f3n o domiciliaci\u00f3n inscrita en el Registro Mercantil.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombramiento del <\/span><b>representante legal <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inscrito en el Registro Mercantil<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revisar la ficha de requisitos generales para inscripci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de RUC sociedades.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo realizo el tr\u00e1mite electr\u00f3nico?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las sociedades que no se registran autom\u00e1ticamente en el RUC, deber\u00e1n remitir su petici\u00f3n de inscripci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del sistema de gesti\u00f3n documental Quipux o mediante la plataforma <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.ec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>www.gob.ec<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, para lo cual deber\u00e1n contar con un certificado de firma electr\u00f3nica vigente.<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obtenga su firma electr\u00f3nica<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingrese el tr\u00e1mite<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plataforma<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gob.ec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <b>www.gob.ec<\/b><\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n Documental Quipux<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atenci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1mite<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria validar\u00e1 los requisitos, y en un plazo de diez d\u00edas laborables remitir\u00e1 la respectiva contestaci\u00f3n inform\u00e1ndole el resultado de su petici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Superintendencia de Compa\u00f1\u00edas<\/b><\/h2><p><b>Requisitos Obligatorios:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de Nombramiento de un representante legal o administrador<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solicitud<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombramiento<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de Renuncia de un representante legal o administrador<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solicitud<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Renuncia<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de Cancelaci\u00f3n del nombramiento de un representante legal o aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asignaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mite al especialista encargado del an\u00e1lisis del requerimiento y atenci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registro en el sistema el cambio de administrador requerido<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span
