color: #000000;\">Rige para las fundaciones y corporaciones civiles que tengan como objeto principal el otorgamiento de cr\u00e9ditos, con el objeto de tener acceso a las l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito establecidas por el Estado, particularmente las que se canalizan a trav\u00e9s de la Corporaci\u00f3n Financiera Nacional B.P. y la Corporaci\u00f3n Nacional de Finanzas Populares y Solidarias, destinadas a los sectores de la econom\u00eda popular y solidaria;
