Nosotros establecemos que el total del 15% de reparto de utilidades sea totalmente repartible a los trabajadores, independiente de sus cargas\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otro de los cambios con esta ley ser\u00eda el recargo adicional por contratos ocasionales. \u201cNo es posible que se establezca un recargo de 35% cuando una empresa contrata de forma eventual a un reemplazo. Un ejemplo: La secretaria de Radio Quito se embaraza y va a tener su parto y sale con<\/span><b> permiso de maternidad. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esa mujer debe ser reemplazada y ese reemplazo tiene un recargo absurdo del 35%\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donoso se refiere a que, con la actual legislaci\u00f3n, el <\/span><b>salario por contratos eventuales <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tiene un incremento del 35% del valor por hora del salario b\u00e1sico del sector que corresponda al trabajador.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u00bfA cuenta de qu\u00e9 se le retorna un recargo del 35% cuando se contrata eventualmente a alguien para que reemplace a un trabajador? <\/span><b>Se elimina ese 35%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o, por lo menos, en el proyecto de ley no consta\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNo vamos a topar el C\u00f3digo del Trabajo\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 Donoso.\u201c Ese c\u00f3digo queda como la <\/span><b>normativa <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para quienes tienen empleo.
