Si por cualquier circunstancia, el empleado se queda m\u00e1s tiempo de la jornada regular, se consideran horas extras<\/span>\n<h3 class=\"title-h2\"><span style=\"color: #7e9fbb;\"><b>Tipos de Jornada de trabajo de empleados seg\u00fan C\u00f3digo de Trabajo<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<b>Art. 47:<\/b> <b>Jornada m\u00e1xima<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.-<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> La jornada m\u00e1xima de trabajo ser\u00e1 de ocho horas diarias, de manera que no exceda de cuarenta horas semanales, salvo disposici\u00f3n de la ley en contrario. <\/span><\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El tiempo m\u00e1ximo de trabajo efectivo en el subsuelo ser\u00e1 de seis horas diarias y solamente por concepto de horas suplementarias, extraordinarias o de recuperaci\u00f3n, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">podr\u00e1 prolongarse por una hora m\u00e1s, con la remuneraci\u00f3n y los recargos correspondientes.<\/span><\/span>\n\n<b>Art. 48.-<\/b> <b>Jornada especial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.-<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Las comisiones sectoriales y las comisiones de trabajo determinar\u00e1n las industrias en que no sea permitido el trabajo durante la jornada completa, y fijar\u00e1n el n\u00famero de horas de labor.<\/span><\/span>\n\n<b>Art. 49.-<\/b> <b>Jornada nocturna<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.- <span style=\"color: #000000;\">La jornada nocturna, entendi\u00e9ndose por tal la que se realiza entre las 19H00 y las 06H00 del d\u00eda siguiente, podr\u00e1 tener la misma duraci\u00f3n y dar\u00e1 derecho a igual remuneraci\u00f3n que la diurna, aumentada en un veinticinco por ciento.<\/span><\/span>\n<h3 class=\"title-h2\"><span style=\"color: #7e9fbb;\"><b>Tipos de horas extras<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Art. 55.- Remuneraci\u00f3n por horas suplementarias y extraordinarias.- <\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Por convenio escrito entre las partes, la jornada de trabajo podr\u00e1 exceder del l\u00edmite fijado en los art\u00edculos 47 y 49 de este C\u00f3digo, siempre que se proceda con autorizaci\u00f3n del inspector de trabajo y se observen las siguientes prescripciones:<\/span>\n<h3 class=\"title-h3\"><span style=\"color: #7e9fbb;\"><b>Horas Suplementarias:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Aquellas laboradas durante el d\u00eda o hasta las 24H00. En este caso, el empleador debe pagar la remuneraci\u00f3n correspondiente a cada una de las horas extras con el 50% de recargo.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Si se dan entre las 24H00 y las 06H00, el trabajador tiene derecho a un 100% de recargo.<\/span>\n<h3 class=\"title-h3\"><span style=\"color: #7e9fbb;\"><b>Horas Extraordinarias:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El trabajo que se realice el s\u00e1bado o el domingo debe ser pagado con el 100% de recargo.
