re\u00fanen los requisitos exigidos por el IESS, tienen derecho a pensiones mensuales vitalicias, las mismas que se pagan a partir del primer d\u00eda del mes siguiente al que el asegurado (a) ces\u00f3 en el o los empleos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Quienes tienen derecho\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Tiene derecho a recibir pensi\u00f3n mensual vitalicia de jubilaci\u00f3n por vejez, el afiliado\/a que cumple con los requisitos de cese, edad y tiempo de aportes al IESS, de acuerdo con la siguiente tabla:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\u00bb27759&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Se concede la jubilaci\u00f3n por vejez desde el mes siguiente al que el afiliado\/a con relaci\u00f3n de dependencia, cesa en el o los empleos, o concluye la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios del afiliado sin relaci\u00f3n de dependencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El afiliado voluntario debe notificar su salida, antes de solicitar la jubilaci\u00f3n, en cualquier Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Universal del IESS.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fuente:<\/span><a
