CONSERVACI\u00d3N DE DERECHOS<\/strong> para los subsidios de enfermedad y maternidad.<\/span><\/span>– <\/span>Se causar\u00e1 derecho a las prestaciones de este Seguro cuando el afiliado o la afiliada hayan cumplido:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n a) \u00a0 \u00a0 Seis (6) imposiciones mensuales ininterrumpidas, para contingencia de enfermedad;<\/span><\/p>\n b) \u00a0 \u00a0 Doce (12) imposiciones mensuales ininterrumpidas, anteriores al parto, para contingencia de maternidad;<\/span><\/p>\n c) \u00a0 \u00a0 Seis (6) imposiciones mensuales ininterrumpidas, para el subsidio monetario de enfermedad.<\/span><\/p>\n El afiliado o la afiliada que dejaren de aportar, conservar\u00e1n su derecho a las prestaciones de enfermedad o maternidad hasta dos (2) meses posteriores al cese de sus aportaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n Se<\/span> <\/span>except\u00faa<\/b> del tiempo de espera para contingencia de enfermedad al jubilado y al derechohabiente de orfandad en goce de pensiones.<\/span><\/p>\n La prestaci\u00f3n de salud se realizar\u00e1 con tecnolog\u00edas apropiadas a la disponibilidad de recursos del Seguro, sin menoscabo de la calidad y dentro de los rangos de suficiencia que determinen los protocolos de diagn\u00f3stico y tratamiento aprobados por la Administradora del Seguro General de Salud.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n Ante
