PRESTACIONES DE SALUD POR EL INSTITUTO ECUATORIANO DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Seg\u00fan el Art. 102 de la Ley de Seguridad Social en su Cap\u00edtulo uno, establece el ALCANCE DE LA PROTECCI\u00d3N.- El Seguro General de Salud Individual y Familiar proteger\u00e1 al asegurado contra las contingencias de:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Enfermedad<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maternidad<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    La prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades profesionales estar\u00e1 a cargo del Seguro General de Riesgos del Trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Los beneficiarios de acciones integrales de fomento y promoci\u00f3n de la salud, prevenci\u00f3n, diagn\u00f3stico y tratamiento de enfermedades no profesionales, recuperaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la salud individual son:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Afiliado<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Su c\u00f3nyuge o conviviente con derecho,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Sus hijos menores hasta los dieciocho (18) a\u00f1os de edad,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Dependientes menores hasta los dieciocho (18) a\u00f1os de edad declarados por autoridad competente en casos de custodia familiar.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Jubilado.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Las beneficiarias del seguro de maternidad recibir\u00e1n atenci\u00f3n de:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Embarazo<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Parto<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Puerperio<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Se acceder\u00e1 a las prestaciones de salud de este Seguro en condiciones de libre elecci\u00f3n del prestador de servicios de salud, p\u00fablico o privado, dentro de las limitaciones se\u00f1aladas en este T\u00edtulo.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
