img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan el Reglamento a la Ley Org\u00e1nica de discapacidades en sus art\u00edculos 9 al 20 menciona los diferentes derechos que mantienen las personas con discapacidad:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equipos multidisciplinarios especializados, conformados al menos por una persona con los siguientes perfiles<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> profesionales:<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00a0&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Psicorehabilitaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Psicolog\u00eda educativa y trabajo social<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Puede complementarse con un educador especial, un terapeuta de lenguaje u ocupacional, seg\u00fan la discapacidad a ser atendida.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Educaci\u00f3n Especial y Especializada, conformado por:<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Psic\u00f3logo\/a educativo\/a,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Psic\u00f3logo\/a cl\u00ednico\/a,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Terapista ocupacional<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Terapista de lenguaje.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Becas de educaci\u00f3n superior para estudiantes con discapacidad por lo menos el 10% del n\u00famero de estudiantes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> regulares.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inclusi\u00f3n laboral.- La autoridad nacional encargada de trabajo dar\u00e1 seguimiento al cumplimiento del porcentaje de inclusi\u00f3n laboral de personas con<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> discapacidad y aplicar las sanciones conforme a lo establecido en la legislaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #7e9fbb;\"><strong>Pasar\u00e1n a formar parte del porcentaje de inclusi\u00f3n laboral, quienes tengan una discapacidad igual o superior al 30%.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turismo Accesible<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Servicio de transporte para los trabajadores con discapacidad.- Cuando el empleador brinde<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> el servicio de transporte a trav\u00e9s de unidades que no re\u00fanan las condiciones previstas en la Ley, el empleador compensar\u00e1 en dinero por este beneficio al trabajador con discapacidad.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sustitutos: La calidad de sustituto ser\u00e1 acreditada por la autoridad competente mediante el<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> correspondiente certificado.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vivienda accesible<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accesibilidad al medio f\u00edsico<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Unidades de transporte accesibles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accesibilidad al contenido web.- Los sitios web de las instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas que presten servicios p\u00fablicos, deber\u00e1n obligatoriamente aplicar lo establecido en la norma t\u00e9cnica ecuatoriana referente a accesibilidad al contenido web.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Art. 20<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>.-<\/strong> <strong>Lengua de se\u00f1as.<\/strong>&#8211; <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se incorporar\u00e1 progresivamente el servicio de int\u00e9rpretes de la lengua de se\u00f1as ecuatoriana en las instituciones p\u00fablicas, as\u00ed como en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n p\u00fablicos y privados; siempre y cuando el Int\u00e9rprete de Lengua de Se\u00f1as Ecuatoriana haya sido certificado en sus competencias laborales por el Servicio de Acreditaci\u00f3n Ecuatoriana &#8211; SAE y el Servicio de Capacitaci\u00f3n Profesional &#8211;
