img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan la Ley de Seguridad Social en su Art. 96 y 97 menciona que las prestaciones que deben concederse aun en caso de mora patronal son:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Enfermedad<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maternidad<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Auxilio de funerales<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fondo mortuorio a todos sus asegurados que hayan cumplido las condiciones establecidas en esta Ley.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:post-content --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- wp:paragraph -->El IESS queda obligado, asimismo, a la entrega oportuna de las Prestaciones de salud a los jubilados en sus unidades m\u00e9dicas, aun cuando el Estado no se hallare al d\u00eda en el pago de la contribuci\u00f3n obligatoria que cubre el costo del seguro colectivo contra la contingencia de enfermedad de los jubilados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\u00bb27121&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div class=\"title-h2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #7e9fbb;\"><b>RESPONSABILIDAD SOLIDARIA DE LOS SUCESORES DEL PATRONO EN MORA<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Si la empresa, negocio o industria, cambiare de due\u00f1o o tenedor el sucesor ser\u00e1 solidariamente responsable con su antecesor por el pago de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aportes<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fondos de reserva<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Descuentos a que \u00e9ste estuvo obligado con los trabajadores.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">El comprador, arrendatario, usufructuario o tenedor del negocio o industria, tendr\u00e1 el derecho de pedir previamente al IESS un certificado sobre las obligaciones pendientes del o los antecesores y el Instituto tendr\u00e1 la obligaci\u00f3n de conferir dicho certificado dentro del plazo de treinta (30) d\u00edas, a partir de la fecha de presentaci\u00f3n de la solicitud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
