El Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI) identific\u00f3 e incorpor\u00f3 a 47 nuevos grupos econ\u00f3micos<\/span>,<\/strong> en lo que va del a\u00f1o 2020, alcanzando un total de 300 grupos en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un grupo econ\u00f3mico es un conjunto de personas o empresas relacionadas entre ellas, directa o indirectamente por criterios de participaci\u00f3n en derechos representativos de capital, direcci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n o relaciones comerciales, conforme lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 5 del Reglamento para la Aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley de R\u00e9gimen Tributario Interno.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los grupos econ\u00f3micos se conforman considerando la informaci\u00f3n declarada por las propias empresas, estableci\u00e9ndose de esa manera las diversas relaciones antes mencionadas. <\/span><\/p>\n

Estos aspectos permiten al SRI identificar posibles riesgos tributarios, as\u00ed como ejecutar acciones correctivas sobre las obligaciones tributarias correspondientes, de ser el caso.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, es importante mencionar que para el ejercicio fiscal 2019, la presi\u00f3n fiscal de Impuesto a la Renta de los grupos econ\u00f3micos fue del 2.47%, la cual se calcula dividiendo el total del Impuesto a la Renta causado sobre el total de sus ingresos.<\/span><\/p>\n
